I love driving in deep snow too. My WJ drives awesome in the snow! I love the look on the faces of guys driving full size trucks with plows when I take off and pass them without any troubles. Did it last year when we had that big snow storm and two guys with F-250s didnt think I would get down the road after one of them got stuck. I drove right through the sh*t they got stuck in! LOL!

I can't wait for snow. I spent the weekend getting my jeep ready for it actually. Gonna head out hunting next weekend and have some fun in it.

Hard to get folks together when they would rather head out hunting. I found a group from N2Deep/ORJ heading to W Branch/St Helen on Dec 10 that I am going to tag along with http://www.n2deep-offroad.com/forums....php?f=6&t=377

This year I've been going out to lapeer county. Opening weekend i was on private land out there, but ive been on public land since. Its on this tiny dead end called "snow den trail". Great land, tracks everywhere.... just nothing near my blind.

That's cool. I grew up in Lapeer, well Metamora. There was always deer around our house but I didn't hunt back then.

When I went and trimed around my stand a few weeks ago it was tore up with scrapes. My Father-in-law dropped bait down and put up a trail cam. He told me an 8 pointer is wondering around there. It should look good hanging at the deer camp.

Heck yeah! I grew up in Ortonville.. I love this area. Good luck. It doesn't look like I can go up north for rifle season, so i'm going to try to hunt with my 16g for the first time. Should be fun.

Hey there new Hemi Commander owner here! It's our first Jeep, and we love it so far! It's going to be my wife's daily driver but trying to convince her we need to go off road with it someday (soon). I grew up in Gladwin with all the state land and power lines to go riding in, now we're in Saginaw... I'd like to take the family somewhere off road that's safe for the stock Jeep.

Is it normal to buy a Jeep and a day later start dreaming of lifts and off road adventures? I'm already looking to trade my car for a Wrangler!! Must be a Jeep thing?
