I wont be there. The wife is heading to a bridal show with her friend and I am stuck with my kids(infant twins). If it's later in the afternoon, like around 3 or so I would be able to make it but that wouldnt make it a lunch anymore.

Maybe next time.

Rochester Hills...

Hey all!

I'm in Rochester Hills and work in Madison Heights. I drive Dequindre from 59 to Whitcomb (in between 13 & 14) everyday. I wave at all Jeeps; TJ, ZJ, WJ, XJ, JK... and usually get nothing back. Matter of fact, I was so bored yesterday that I counted... 0 for 21 on a 6 mile jaunt....LOL!

Anyways, I would love to hook up with some fellow Jeepers to hang out or whatever. I'm usually on Woodward every Friday night parked at the Shell station just south of 14. There were 2 nice looking Jeeps there this past Friday.

Maybe, depending on what y'all do, we can have a meet up on Woodward on Friday nights? It would be cool to see some Jeeps mixed in with the Muscle Cars and Ricers...

I can't make it this weekend though, driving my daughter back to her mother's for school. Michigan to New York, YAY!

On another note, here are some pictures of my Jeep and some decals/club logos I've been tinkering with.

Sorry about the size of the pics, haven't figured out how to scale them down yet.

I have taken a couple of my cars to the Tuffy on 22 and VanDyke. Good, honest people. I dont feel like I am getting scammed from them in any way like I do when I take it to the dealer. I've even had a couple instances where they said they weren't able to fix something and ended up not charging me anything.

Tune Ups...

I usually do all my own service. Comes out cheaper (sometimes) to do it yourself and I know that it was done correctly.

I used to be a mechanic and know that I was told to always find something else wrong with the vehicle. Be it a brake job, tire rotation, coolant/trans fluid flush. Anything to run up the tab.

Especially with a Jeep, it's so easy to do all your own work. Everything is right there in front of ya.
