Need a transmission replaced near Indy anyone??

Mechanic wanted or someone that can replace a transmission for a good friend of mine. He'd prefer a used one from pick a part or someplace like that. Financially he is in a bind and can't afford a rebuilt one. The Van can be towed to your place to work on it and I think it's still in Tipton where it died.
This is for an early 2000's Chrysler town and country with the 3.8L.

Anyone?
Know of anyone that does it on the side?

Thank you
