Xj looking for a shop

I live in Indianapolis,IN and am looking for someplace to weld my TNT frame stiffners to my XJ.

I called 4-Wheel Parts and they said that they would NOT do it. I really don't care if it is a individual or a shop.

Any recommendations?

I live in the Detroit area and would be glad to do the job. Let me know if you need it done.
