I will most likely be there, but I will know for sure once I get back from SEMA. I will try and post pics of the off-road sections at SEMA as well.

As for someone needing a few extra bucks for entry fee and what not, I am up for chipping in. The more jeeps the more fun.

Hey guys, and gal! I'm in! Been chained to a blue TJ in the garage for the past couple days. Funny thing, those stock suspension mounts just kinda fell off (with 3 sawzall blades!) but the new suspension should be in and riding on 35's by then! Can't wait!

Hey Ash, what are you needing for your Xfer case? I've got a whole stock linkage around here somewhere and the lowering bracket you could have. If you're popping outta low range, the bracket could help, but replacing that linkage with one that bolts to the case and not the body completely fixed mine (cost is about $60 or just try the lowering kit).

Anybody from IL going? If not, it's going to a lonely ride down. I'm about 95% sure I can make this run. Either my buddy will be coming with or Carlos (AcidCold). And depending how quickly Rokmen can ship, I may have a new set of sliders for the run, if I order them tomorrow.

Hey My Dad leaves in the morning for Vagas for the SEMA show too, check out the Overhaulin' set if you get a chance!

For everyone offering to chip in some money to get me going ! I may be able to swing it without help, if my Dad decides to fix the siding on his house when he gets back from Vagas, but if not thank you!

well,well,well...this is looking like it is again gonna be a good group for the run.
I guess now I have no choice but to get everything done in time. I only have the brake lines to put on the 8.8, install the 8.8, drop the transfer case, install the SYE, install the AA T/C bracket, get a rear driveshaft made up, install rear driveshaft, change front gears to 4.10...hmmm, maybe I better shut up and get busy... lol.

Yup, but depending on which way he heads, we may may not be able to meet up until later on 41, which isn't all that bad.

I definitely hope to take on the orange trails. Last time I did it was in the WJ back in April, which is retired and mostly back to stock (RIP; I miss that thing, but the TJ is better).

Jeremy, been waitin on you to chime in! can't wait to see the transformation on the rig, shes gonna look good!

Rod, you know i'll help out too, heck, I need my tranny, xfer case, and diff fluids all changed, maybe you could earn it! Lol!

This is turning out to be a typical large JGW run so lets hear some ideas for trails fellas. I am thinking, just like usual do the creek run, for all the new guys to get accustomed to their jeeps, of course play in the quarry, and then depending on size, split into 2 groups, and do the green and orange trails, obviously we will play it by ear, and hopefully the orange trail will be passable (I am willing to give it my best shot). But lets hear some suggestions, I am up for anything!

Lol, too bad you have a manual, I have almost a full gallon of Mopar ATF-4 sitting in the cellar. Hell you know I'm up for working on the Jeeps, though I think I'm a little burnt out on body work after repainting Jerrys Blue Jeep. Which by the way I think we should bring it too, it needs a few scratches in it to match what I didn't paint, and hide some of the my goofs. In all I'd say it didn't turn out too bad for being my first paint job, it works well for a 10 year old Jeep that has been wheeled relentlessly all summer.

nice Rod, I'll give you a call tomorrow, I gotta get all that fluid changed, and don't have a free day to do it, my jeep is getting pissy with me. Oh I also got that missing piece to my body lift, thought I'd put it in today, well, the nutcert, or whatever the bolt is supposed to screw into in the grill is non existent, just spins. I was thrilled needless to say, so, I've gotta figure out what I am gonna do there, cus with those heavy a** tube fenders up front, the whole front end of the body is bouncing like crazy....not cool
