custom bumpers in So. Indiana?

I live near Bedford and Brownstown. I am looking to have a custom bumper made for a wrangler and wondered if anyone knew someone specializing in it?

I wouldn't sweat about welding it myself, but I don't have a plasma cutter nor do I wish to try and grind it out with carbide disks.

Anyhow, wanting to put something together like an ARB style bull bar.

OR if there is an affordable waterjet/plasma service I would also be interested.

Looking to keep this under $500 dollars.
