My plan is to get there as early as possible. With such a large group and a lot of people wanting to convoy out there together I can pretty much be certain at least one will be late. We usually leave Champaign by 8 oclock illinois time.. and get there at like 10 oclock indiana time. And depending on how busy the club house is.. are on the trails by 10:30 or 11. I would guess the later with how many people we have.. we wheel for 2 or 3 hours or so.. then eat lunch.. then wheel til like 6 or so Indiana time and then go set up camp.

Ok I only live about 45 min away at most so I wont have to get up too early. Do you guys eat lunch at there place or bring your own.

I'm bringing a gas grill with me. Throw some dogs and possibly burgers on the trail.

I usually try to tell everyone to meet up in the quarry for lunch at a certain time. Its an easy place for everyone to find.. never too crowded. its also a good spot to get group pictures as well. As far as Summers Campground is concerned.. I called today and left a voicemail. I also am going to email them. When i hear back from them I will let everyone know.

ok. So we are a few days out. Some people are coming down friday night.. some are coming sats morning. If you are one of the people planning on convoying down sat morning.. post up your name and cell number so we can get those people organized on where to meet up and what time. That way people wont get lost.

cool. I usually just bring lunchables.. im not a big breakfast/lunch person but we go all out for dinner when camping.

I'm thinking about heading down Saturday, but I won't know till Friday afternoon if I have to work Saturday, will u guys still be there Sunday? Never been there, what will I need. Do they require u to have anything special, or buy an orv license or anything.
