you guys have a preferred location to camp at the Badlands? I know a few different groups are camping there, more then likely myself included - would be nice to mass together if we can. I think I will just sleep in the truck so no need for tent space for me - lol.

Well looks like i will either be there friday morning or friday afternoon depending on when i get the jeep completely ready.

Ed, if you want we can just get together on friday and figure out where we want to camp at at the badlands. Think i mite try up against the wooden fence on the east edge of the campground or back in the corner next to the woods for some shade.

Hey guys, I plan on heading out there on Saturday. I have a stock Rubicon, if you can call them stock, that I have been dying to put through some paces. Looks like the weather will be better than perfect, so be on the look out for a patriot blue Rubi with no top or doors!

See ya out there!

Yep with them - not sure on the amount, its been dwindling all the time. There is talk of the green trail, rockface - harder, but its right off the creek, orange - one day, and it should be pretty muddy. I'm up for any trail myself - plus the wife is driving some so she'll want something easy.

is green the easer one

i have been there twice but havent realy seen it sort of speek
played in the sand and perock area and up in the mud holes and then went down some 4wheeler trails "oops" also this muddy trail that got the better of my bald street tires

so i cant wait to follow some one who has been there and knows the way around

well green is suppose to be easy, but when we had winterfest I believe that trail had the only rollover. Orange is one of the harder ones, but no one in our group came close to getting stuck - the rock garden is pretty easy and fun there too. I will probably play around down the the edge of purgatory - over by pond. The tubes where the deepest I've seen - would definetly incur body damage is smaller rigs try it.
