I'll be out at the Badlands this Saturday (October 6) for their Customer Appreciation Day and probably also October 13. If anyone wants to make it out either day just let me know!

There goes the neighborhood.... I will be there, but I have a few issues to take care of on my XJ before I take it off road again (wheel hubs) so I am riding with a friend. Bringing my girlfriend and she has never been off road other then a improvised road they had at the Hoosier Outdoor Experience. She thought that was extreme. Going to be fun when we hit the first trail. Hoping to have new hubs on in time for Toys for Tots even though Sarah has to work (going solo that day).

There's still a group riding the BL on Saturday - come on out and join us! Of course most people are going to be in your neighborhood for the ODZ Jeep Jam but I'd rather ride a trail than stand around preening...

I'm out of town this weekend but I think the JPFrog group was going to make a run out to the Badlands this weekend so you might be able to catch up with them.

What is badlands like during the week? Tomorrow looks like a great day weather wise to get the top off, so I'm thinking of blowing off work, but I've only been wheelin once before so wouldn't want to all alone if I make a mistake. Obviously I'd stick to easy trails

This time of year, its really empty and much more relaxing. Very few atv's and dirt bikes. I always recommend a trip there this time of year during the week.
