Where only about 35-40 mins from south bend and we could meet up and head down. I'll just keep you informed through the week. We are good to go.

The Cliffs is very muddy. They have easy trails but they are limited. Most of their trails are more difficult. They ran an Ultimate Adventure there a few years ago. Based on the pool of water and mud in my neighbors yard I would say the ground is not frozen yet. I don't have my CB radio in yet, does that matter to you two?

I dont understand why people think the trails at the cliffs are so difficult. Last year we had a couple stock Jeeps with us, one of which who had completely bald all terrain tires and made it around just fine.. and it was the day after the worst rain storm of the year. Sure it has its huge mud holes.. and they should stay clear of those.. but it really isnt that bad there. The Cliffs gets a bad rep and never get as much traffic as it should. They even just put up zip lines all over the park.. they are trying to expand and just need people to come out and see for themselves.

I think the cliffs trails are good. We went a few places we probably shouldn't have, but we made it through. The trails were so slick you could hardly stand on them. That's what makes wheeling fun. I liked wheelin there!

I am going to try to get my fiancee to go, if so then we would be leaving from South Bend and the Badlands would be closer for me. Other wise the Cliffs are only about an hour from my house in Chicago.

Rugby_3-I live about an hour south of south bend and the badlands and cliffs are about the same distance for me. Just thought that would give you a little heads up.

Jeepguy there should be about an hour difference to the Badlands and Cliffs. The Cliffs should take about 3.5 hours to get to and you should be able to get to the Badlands in under 2.5 hours. I have driven both ways more times than I can think of. Went to school at Purdue and I now live about an hours from the Cliffs. Sounds like you are more for the Cliffs?

Well let's just plan on the badlands. We all could meet up somewhere. Im south of Michigan city about 15 miles or so right on 30 and 421. Depending how we head we could shoot south to 24 then west. Im down for some wheelin. Thinking about climbing over my shed if I don't get somewhere soon.....
