Top down, doors off, shirt off, pants off?

So today was blazing hot and i was joking around with some guys at work saying that as soon as we got off I'm stripping down and driving home in just my boxers. Then I got to thinking... Is that ALLOWED?? I mean I would think so. A woman could drive in a bikini right? So why couldn't I drive around in my undies? It's the same thing. I went with my better judgement on this one decided to leave shorts on, but could you imagine being pulled over for speeding & the cop coming to write you a ticket and to his/her surprise you're half naked? Hysterical!

Anyway, does anybody know if there are laws prohibiting this in Illinois?

My thoughts exactly! I'll probably just end up trying it. I know shoes are required by law though
