Wenzels automotive in Winthrop Harbor. He is in our Jeep group.. owns a 2012 JK himself.. and has a special going on for jeep regears right now. I think its 350 an axle... right now as a special if you book before the end of the month. He is actually regearing his JK this weekend to 5.13s. He did a buddies of mine 2 weeks ago.. and is going to be doing mine soon.

Nickit, how long for a regear (axel off Jeep), my neighbor wants to regear a Dana 44 to 4.10.

Exempt my other post, I thought he was talking about a body shop because I didn't read through the thread

so youre saying he has a 3rd axle he wants regeared? That shouldnt take more than a half a day.. thats just my guess though.. but once you put it on the jeep there is some fine tuning that needs to be done. Can you explain the situation again.. or hell.. just call Kyle at the shop.

Do you know if AP does drive shaft work? I need to have mine shortened and balanced.

Suburban Driveline in Villa Park for any drive line issues. I have had three pinion seals replaced there as well as axle u-joints. They work on race cars, monster truck, heavy duty trucks, jeeps, mud trucks. They know what they are doing and have fair pricing.

dont pay a shop to put a lift on. They are pretty easy to do.. and youll get raped on labor.. depending on the kit you buy.. labor will cost more. Hell.. come to one of our mod parties and a bunch of guys will put it on for you.

Providing they have time they would do it for you. They will charge you though and straight labor is not cheep. Most places are around $75 per hour for straight labor. There are several clubs in Chicago and you will certainly find help installing your lift.

I agree with a previous post. Matt at Attitude Performance does a good job. He wasn;t super cheap, but he wasn;t expensive either. Did a good job on my gearing and has known some friends of mine for many years.
