Recommended Mechanic for Dekalb IL area

Who do you all recommend to take the Jeep to in the Dekalb area when things get beyond basic tools and fixes?

I'm having a high pitch whine/squeal noise under the hood. It starts once the jeep is warmed up, and only when I tap the gas. It doesn't seem to be happening at a specific RPM range, rather throttle position. If I'm in gear with no throttle, no squealing sound, if I'm getting up to speed giving it some gas, no noise. It seems if I'm at about 10-20% throttle it whines/squeals.

could be power steering pump, sepentine belt, a/c clutch when if defrost mode or possible an idler pulley?

In Dekalb there is small independent shop just east of the railroad tracks on rt 38 and west of Peace Rd on the north side of the road. Its small 2 bay shop and they rent U-Haul trailers, can't remember the name. I have heard they are good and work with students who don't have a lot of money to spend.

If you are in Oregon then there are some decent shops in the Rochelle area.

Could also be the water pump.
Some of the best parking spots are only obtainable by jeeps.
