Gas tank Problem

I just had a NEW muffler system put on my 93 jeep wrangler was going to do a oil change on it today pulled it out of the garage and there was a gas trail until I stopped don't know if the person I had change my muffler might of cracked it when they put it up on ramp or my tank just now has a leak question is do I have to take my tank off completely to be able to repair it or is there something in the stores I can buy that WORKS

If it's coming from your gas tank I would, find a new or newer tank. That's just me. But ultimately if it wasn't leaking before the muffler replacement sounds like someone made a boo-boo. And didn't say anything?
