Best place to buy mud tires in the Chicagoland area

I just purchased a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and I don't know where to go so see tires. I also would like to go to place that deals with off roading so they can tell me what is best.

Does anyone know where to go in the chicagoland area?

Please Help

Thanks

I picked my tires and wheels up from Tire Rack in South Bend. Hard to beat their prices. If your looking for Nitto, I would check out Steves Tire and Wheel in Addison IL. He has really good prices on nitto. I think he even has a store on ebay called SD wheel corp. Hope that helps.

Ditto on Tire Rack. When I lived in Indiana I purchased all of my wheels and tires there. Short drive from Chi Town.

I've bought my last 3 sets of tires from Discount tire. They will match any competitors price (not online stores) Free rotation and rebalancing and they seem to be the cheapest as well. Look around for coupon codes if you do decide to buy online though ,sometimes you luck out and find deals.

Gotta figure how much money you'll save vs. how far you'll have to drive to get those tires.

Ive always ordered my tires online and if I was ordering wheels at the same time they would mount them for free.. or just take it to a local shop to have them mounted and balanced.

They really screw you on that tho. I actually ordered mine from discount they messed up and matched tire rack and didn't charge shipping. But then I didn't pay to get them mounted because I was going to do it in my autos class... However the teacher said they were to big to do. So I took them to another discount and said I bought these from discount and didn't mount them because the jeep wasn't lifted when they came in. Guy said okay and they were mounted for free. Haha I win!!!

Got mine at discount tire. I go off road with the store manager.

(tire rack) South Bend is about an hour and a half from the Il border, add your time and gas $$ ($4 per gal now) to the cost of the tires.....I thought about buying from the rack also but Discount matched the cost (plus shipping). I am very pleased with Discount..

the stockers
