Anyone know anything about this? -St. Louis Area?

This ad popped up on CL this morning. Does anyone know anyting about this place. I realize it is new, but thought somebody on here might have some insight about the location. Thanks.

Circle~N~Ranch Off-Road
****Opening day: Saturday April 4th & 5th****
Gates open at 9:00am
Address is: 99 Noyes Ln. Foley Mo. 63347
New Off-Road-Park for Trucks/Jeeps ATV/Dirt Bikes opening April 4th & 5th 2009. It will feature
• 50 + acres Off-Road-Trails for truck, jeep, etc. (Big Toys)
• 20 + acres ATV/Dirt Bike Moto Cross Track with jumps pits and wooded off-road trails
• 10 + acre field with four mud pits 17' wide x 150' long x 2' deep, And one large oval/dome mud pit, Plus large dirt mounds to climb over
• 10 acres camping lots

Park admission fees are as followed:
$10 per person per day
Children from ages 5 to 10 years old are $5 per child per day
Children under the age of 5 years old are free!
Camping is $5 per tent per night
We have some off road trails for the big toys (truck, jeep, etc.) Opened and we plan to open more trails in the near future. We also have four mud-pits that are 17’ feet wide x 150’ feet long x 2’+ feet deep, we also have a dome shape mud-pit, & some large dirt mounds to climb over.
Our Moto Cross Track is under construction, we have a few banks and jumps built. We will try to have it completed by opening day as long as the weather cooperates with us. Furthermore we also have separate ATV/Dirt Bike Off-Road-Trails. (Feel Free to make new trails and challenges as you see fit!)
Old School B-B-Q & Monster Energy will be onsite selling food and handing out energy drinks
Restrooms and hand wash station will be onsite for your convenience.
This Park is family oriented so watch for children
Park rules:
All ATV/Dirt Bike riders must wear helmet.
Appropriate clothing/padding must be worn if you have them.
No FIGHTING!
Fighting will not be tolerated this is your only warning. Both parties will be escorted off Circle~N~Ranch Park Grounds with NO REFUNDS! OR RAIN CHECK! NO ECEPTIONS!
No Alcohol and No Drugs. This rule is enforced for the safety of our children, and for the safety of our visitors, also this rule is a requirement of our insurance policy.
No Motorized vehicles are allowed in the creek this is an E.P.A. regulation.
Camp fires are allowed but must be within manageable means and off the roadway

In order for us to keep our prices low everyone must do their part to keep this park clean Please throw all your trash in trash cans
