La Crosse here!
I am going to need the rear main oil seal, I believe that is where my leak is, fixed and unfortunately I will not be able to do this myself with my upcoming hip replacement.
I will need to have the jeep ready for the road by the end of November to commute to work. Unfortunately I am in the dark about a decent mechanic that will not rip me off trying to get my oil leak fixed.
Does anyone know of a listing somewhere on the web or actually know of a good mechanic in the La Crosse Wisconsin area? If there is a recommendation in my area please pm me!

Sun Prairie here! Kinda new here, been lurking around and asking questions. Anyone have any good places to wheel around here?

Rib Lake is not exactly close to Tomahawk. I haven't been there yet but have spoke to a few that have and they said its OK. I would join you but I'm going to IL this weekend since all the flatlanders are coming to WI for the last run of the summer.

Ive got rumors of a guy who lets people wheel on his land near oshkosh as long as you stop and talk to him and its a decent time of the day hes cool with it. Just waiting on a call back from a friend to find the place. Im gunna have to get him a case of beer if he is cool with it! places to wheel in Wisconsin are very sparse and hard to come by.

Hey !
We need to get some of these guys from Madison together this fall and head down to the Cliffs in Illinois. It't only a couple of hours and I understands it is only like 25 bucks a day.
This is from the Jeep Jamboree in Mole Lake back in July.

I would be down for something like that. I gotta get my WJ lifted and some tires first though.

huh.... ya it's a work in progress, but aren't they all? hahaha
tjjerry.... we should definitely all get together, even if its just to grab a bite to eat...
if you guys haven't joined the wisconsin group on here, please do, that way a "get together" will be much easier to plan....
