jeepin in new mexico

haha my wife told me today that for spring break we are taking the jeep and the kids to new mexico (we live in dallas area). we are going to meet her cousin and her husband with their jeep coming from arizona. i am needing to know where i want to go that is around carlsbad area. i know someone has got the lowdown on a good spot. thanks for the help, this will be the first trip for the jeep, sweet.

The site is a little old but has some trails around that area.

There is also an OHV park up in Socorro but I dont know much about it. The guys at Desert Rat (505-881-0931) and the guys at 4 wheel parts (505-883-0338) know alot about the trails around here and are willing to talk your ear off.

There is alot of trails around las cruces area, but im not sure about northern nm
