Albuquerque, New Mexico

I was looking but can not find any Albuquerque Jeepers. Question does anyone want to meetup and do some trails? Or know of some place were a group can get together

I'm looking to get out and doing some wheeling and have a good time...

Yeah wheeling alone is rough. I know some people that would be willing to meet up sometime. I cant do much this month but i'll try and schedule something for next month. Probably a half or full day run at the puerco. Theres a jeep club for new mexico ill shoot you the link later today. I haven't joined but it looks promising. I'll keep you informed either way though.

I am east of ABQ, right now my ZJ is getting worked on. I just bought it a few months ago, but haven't had a chance to take it out. I will be going to cruces in FEB for chili challenge, if everything goes ok on it.

We ususally go out with my brother, but his CJ needs a new steering box. So we haven't gone out since Feb when we went to Cruces.

I would like, once the ZJ gets going, to take it out. But I refuse to go alone.

Sounds good to me. I gave up on trying to figure out what is up with the ZJ. Friend of ours thinks it may be the alarm screwing everything up, so he is going to disengage it. Then we gotta adjust the suspension. Quick disconnects are hitting the sway bar. Needs the bushings on the sway bar replaced. Hopefully we can get it all worked out before it gets too cold.

For the most part. We have an XJ, but we are brand new to ZJ and new to all the suspension and such with them. Luckily we have friends who know more than we do, so they are helping out.

I have never been to puerco or cedro. We have played around in Jemez, a little in Elephant Butte, and been to Cruces twice.
