slippery when wet

Well we had some nice heavy rain this morning so I figured I'd go down to the gravel pit near my house and play around. Driving on kaleche when it's raining is almost like driving on ice, only you end up not being able to see where you are going... I kinda took out some small scrub brush while sliding around... Washed it off, went back to play some more then washed it off again.. It was fun....

Yep, been there, family land up north of Sho Low in an old Scout. By the time we got up to the cabin in the woods, it was a foot deep on the hood!

LOL mrdeath, some of that mud has been wet for a while so it sorta smells like it...

My best freind, Jack lives off of Kolb and I10 and builds mud truck engines,( You probly seen it sitten out there along the frontage road just east of kolb) but there is a spot out there I think past the prison wear he tests his engines... It's pretty large from the vids. probly some good mud out there and alot of open space to play...

Here's a vid of him testing one of his engines (this vid is from a camera phone so quality is poor, but you can see the area I'm talking about).

Here is his truck. He's builing another killer engine for it.... He also is building a wrangler from the ground up.
Here is a vid of him racing with the old engine:

Anyhow, back on topic....There are places to play. I'll call him and see where exactly this place is.

Here is a pic of the jeep he is building, and a pic of the engine he just built for his truck.... I think he is gonna build a blown big block for the jeep too.
