reputable shop in Phoenix Metro (gears)

I need help finding a good shop to have new gears installed. I'm replacing the stock 3.21's with 4.88's. I've always had a slight distrust of auto shops and it would be sweet if I could find one who was trustworthy and did excellent work.

Also I've been trying to get a figure on how much this will cost. I have an idea of what the parts will cost me, but no idea of the labor. I've searched here and google, found widely varying results. Some first hand reports would be great.

Thanks,
Mike

Call Todd at Desert Fab. He is located kinda far East but he gives a great price and has done work for me before without issues. I'm scheduled to have him regear my truck again in the next week or so.
