In the Phoenix area with a stock JK rental. Ideas?

Folks,
The girlfriend and I are here for the week with a rented JK. Looking for ideas. We did Apache Trail on Sunday, but that was somewhat dull. After all, last time I was here I did it in a rented mustang.

So anyone have any suggestions or trail rides going on? Nothing too serious as I'll have to be returning this JK back to the airport on Saturday morning.

Even hiking trails are good with us. Yesterday we were up in Sedona and hiked the west fork trail which was nice.

Isn't coke ovens in the Scottsdale area? Some of that looks a little rough.

Butcher jones recreation area.... SR 87 to Bush Hwy, turn right, then left on Butcher Jones road. Soft, sandy trail with beautiful coves on Saguaro lake.
