Looking for a jeep specialist

I have an 89 YJ with the 4 cylinder engine. I'm having a lot of engine and transmission trouble. The body and everything else is in good shape. What I'm looking for is a jeep specialist in the Albuquerque or Phoenix area to possibly do an engine and tranny swap. I am NOT a mechanic and I have already spent to much money for the results I have gotten. I'm not looking for a super monster rock climber just a DD and trail rig.
Any suggestions or referrals would be appreciated.
