Looking for help with ball joints/rack and piston ANYWHERE in Phoenix

My whole issue at hand can be explained here:


My Jeep is in Phoenix, AZ. Specifically Queen Creek. I am currently in Afghanistan. I wont be in Phoenix till December 12. My best friend is watching over my Jeep. Neither him nor I are anywhere near mechanically inclined.

Looking for someone to go assess my Jeep to see if these are the issues at hand (as seen in above topic). If those issues at hand ARE true, I need help from on of you fine 'gents installing, if I were to buyt he parts...

Will pay for your gas to go and see the Jeep/...
