Hard Core Poker run 2012

Today was the first day of the Hard Core Poker run and Wounded Warrior Run in Parker AZ. The trails we ran today were Rio Lobo 4, Presidents Choice 3.5-4, Three Slabs 3+,( my day ended here) My jeep is not a buggy
Duke 4+, Dutchess4+, Deliverance 4 & True Grit 4. All short but hard trails three slabs was the only meduim trail of the day.

Our club brought 4 wounded vets for two days of hard core wheeling. Pluss half the poker money was donated to the Wounded Warrior foundation.

My self it was a rather hard day of wheeling harder on my new Rubi is virgin no more taking some body damage. rear plastic fender were fairly well tore up, small scrape on the rear right top of the courner panel, broke the plate mount off the rear. So looks like I need some tube fenders now

Going past cat tail cove

Early in the am staging are, we figure about 50+ Jeeps were there through out the day.

this is where i lost some paint

my dimpled fender

Great day in the sun and rocks

yea these trails are way to hard to run alone 3.5+-4.5. just in our group we had one jeep toss a anti rock, another spit a axle. To much chance to roll or break. I was running with 6 buggies so I was the short bus kid today out with the big boys and there toys. great fun with a large group. Jeeps games are tomorrow, wont be so much carnage.

I do not go alone all the time at least I bring the old lady or anyone as shot gun. Next time we go to your area maybe you can lead us about some trails.
