At least it isn't like other states where they are so strict it hurts.
Indeed......when we first arrived in az in our 81 j10 pickup, the "inspector" ASKED; are your lights, wipers and brakes in working order? Of course I repLIED in the affirmative......hell even the steering works if you put in enough fluid
