Updated the first post with the dates. Next we need to figure out the camping or hotels.

Spread the word guys. Once we get a head count I'll post that in the first post too. Lets try and get at least a dozen of the /f12 guys together along with whatever stragglers (Tj, JK, XJ, LJ, CJ guys ) that come too.

Cheers

I'm trying to look at hotels on my phone. I need a combo between nice (enough), cheap and room for my truck and trailer.

According to TripAdvisor there are only 11 available on those dates. From a $90 per night cheap motel to a $200 hotel. http://www.tripadvisor.com/HACSearch...Moab_Utah.html

I asked the old lady if she would want to share a room. Big ol negative on that one.

And she said she is gonna drive up Hells Gate to show you girls up.

Same thing my GF said haha. She's down to camp as long as we have our own tent...but she doesn't want to share sleeping space with anyone else...Lucky me hehe...

Oh yeah, make sure you guys "crawl this thread" to get some exposure. Since we had to hide it in the Utah section, I don't want any of the YJ brothers to miss out due to not seeing the thread! And if you already haven't add it to your sig and urge others to do the same!

Cheers

Lol no I've got a ton of camping stuff. Camping and chilling around a fire is very appealing though. All being put up in hotel rooms just doesn't sound like a great way to chill.

I vote for camping too.
I'll start looking into that for us...

Last June I was down with a buddy and stayed at the Moab KOA. It had some camping spots and some minimal cabins. There were communal bathrooms and showers which were nice. There was plenty of space to park but they did have a rule of no wrenching in the camp ground. It might be worth a look as being a cross of hotel and camping. It is about 10 miles south of the heart of town but certainly is close enough to pop in for breakfast or whatnot. I was very happy with the place and the price was right.

Thanks for the link!
Looks like on our dates it would be very reasonable (2 people plus a dog in a tent camping space with power/water it's between $35-$40.00 a night.) Not bad at all and I'm sure a heck of a lot cheaper than a hotel!

Cheers

When I did Moab last summer we stayed at a place just south of town the campsite had very reasonable rates and they had showers and bathrooms it was a nice clean campground and if any of you are active military they offer a military discount. We were there in June it was so flippin hot we didn't even sleep in the tent just gotta watch out for the scorpions.
