Replaced the 4th and final TRE. If this doesn't fix the DW, I am selling the damn WJ.

So what happens exactly? You're driving along and all the sudden the Jeep starts violently shaking?

Not sure how far you are into the problem but this page may help.

How To Fix Your Own Death Wobble

I had a little bit of death wobble and it turned out that it was my tires. I replaced them and haven't had an issue since. Thats probably not your issue though.

Maybe it 5.5" on short arms? Do you need the number for IRO?

Balance definitely was at one point, but I had the tires balanced by the ever friendly Plrbear & it went a way for a little bit. However it came back w/ a vengeance.

Hahaha... Thx Chris. Actually, I'm rocking the Zone LCA's & they are a bit longer than stock & actually put the pinion angle w/i good limits, even w/ the 5.5" lift. But rest assured, long arms will be on in January!!

Actually, it was the last and final TRE. Is had sooooooo much slop. Got it fixed & went out & hit every bump in the road I could find at the worst possible speed range and NOTHING. It was all the play in the steering linkage from all the bad TRE's and this was the last to get replaced. HOOOORAY!!!

Pinion angle isn't the problem with short arms in relation to DW and ride quality

Glad it's fixed Woot! Hope it stays that way!

DW is like an STD for jeeps... It never goes away and when it does it's always in the back of your mind that inthe next hump u hit, it'll come back lol

Matt, weren't you saying that LA's have nothing do with with ride quality and their only purpose is for increased articulation?
