Meshed my grill defogged my passenger side headlight, removed my fog lights and trimmed my front bumper some more. I need to put some mesh in the fog light holes so it won't look so empty.

I changed my lower radiator hose. Need to go back out as soon as it cools and redo the radiator end connection. It's leaking a little.

Yeah, exactly! I turned it on while towing for a little bit just to see if it would over-heat and it didn't! It DID, however, make my engine (fan) sound really loud and therefore bigger while slaughtering my MPG!

That looks GREAT. I want to do something similar, where did you get the mesh?

I picked it up at home depot! I like the look a lot better than the original grill. It's pretty Easy just cut out the pieces bend them around the back, glue them on and boom! you've got a sweet grill haha. I used hot glue to glue them on. We'll see how it holds.

I'm really curious to see how it holds as well. I've used hot glue on a few automotive applications as well and once July hit, the glue got VERY soft and lost it's bond. The best adhesive I've found that withstands almost any temp or weather condition is five minute epoxy.

Kade, do you know how many square inches it took to cover all the holes in the grill?

Cool, I will look for some when I am there. I need to find something for the front bumper, I will be drilling/cutting some additional air flow holes in my Iceland front bumper and wanted to give it a finished look. I think that mesh will do the trick.
