There isn't a whole lot to see in thistle. The Spanish fork river flooded the town when a mud slide created a natural dam. The river now goes thru a tunnel they blew in the mountain. I think it happened back in the early 80's but could be wrong.

Rain is really bad right now so we bailed. We're going to just go with a fire (weather permitting). So for now the plan is to meet up at the Wal-Mart at 7:30. I guess we could still fish too if we wanted and could have a fire down by the lake.

I was wondering if you guys were still doing it. I was at the lake all day, because I work at the state marina, and thought you guys might bail, just like every boat on the lake.
