Sucks,. The new owner of JF has made it so non-premium members can no longer view attachments. So I have no idea what's in that pic.

oh wow i hadnt noticed....well its been fun but i think this forum will start going downhill quick. Whats the point of being on here when you cant even see photos. Guess i could go through the hassle of opening a photobucket account and then linking it back here but why bother...

Sad day

It was a Jeep thing, but all that stuff broke

The new owners changed a bunch of things with the pics It all boiled down to a few people nagging about some pics breaking page format so they changed everything which has pissed off many people so they are working on getting it back to how it was from what I am told

Host your pics at imgur.com

You don't have to set up an account, but if you want to view your photo later make sure you bookmark it. The URL it gives you is random letters/numbers/caps regardless of your image title. I think it also auto-deletes after 6 months with no views. Alternately, an account is free. When you upload, it gives you the codes to post here and everything. As a heads up, resize it first...unlike photobucket and some others, imgur won't resize your stuff automatically. Or, you can use [timg] tags instead of normal [img] tags and it shows up as a thumbnail which can be clicked for larger. I use the [timg] tags all the time on other forums, so I assume it'll work here.

IMGUR also rips out the metadata from the pics so if you take a shot of your Jeep in front of your house with your fancy phone the gps tags will be removed and nobody can go backwards to find out where you live and whatnot. I am not sure if photobucket does that as well but I have been super happy with imgur.

from the photographer Scott Jarvie:

"F/4 30sec ISO2000 D800 14mm
Manual flashes with SB-900 by hand (in the dark)
and made driver turn off and on all his lights just as fast as he could.
Minor development of the raw file in Lightroom.

What would I have done better? Made the driver be really still like I did in some other shots... and probably even found a way to light/flash the driver. But meh... that's just nit-picky."

I also mentioned on there you, Scott, and his new project. I bet if Scott got on there he could rally together some funds toward his Kickstarter campaign!
