I have this same one taped under my radio in the TJ.
Just the other day I was with my wife at lunch and got one that said "A trip south will be beneficial." she just rolled her eyes.

We had AirMed down for some training last night, so we took them out to eat at the Chinese place. My fortune was "You will soon depart on an enjoyable vacation". The flight nurse sitting next to me got the exact same one
