Don't worry about the WJ. Lump me in with Andy on the trailer, that's the next project I'm wanting to complete.

Front and rear bumpers for a wj would be great. Swing away tire rack add fuel can holder.

Got basic dims for that? I'll see what I can come up with. I just need length and width is all.

Considering he posted all of the files it should be easy to convert from 3D to 2D. It'll take me getting to a computer with Solidworks on it though, so plan on a few weeks before I can get started.
Any chance you had time to tackle this yet?

Whoa! Look at me being on top of things and forgetting about this thread... Lemme post up what I've got so far. And a winch mount would probably be pretty simple.

i'll draw up some basic stuff tomorrow. i'll try and explain it here and tell me if it's possible.. so there's pre drilled holes in my bumper but my winch is wider than them, and it's a pre welded on plate so i can't do much with the current plate. i was thinking of making a plate that i can mount to the winch and that covers the existing holes and then drill through the plate to match the existing holes and then just attach plate to plate

No chance of just drilling new holes either in the existing winch plate to match the bumper holes or drilling the bumper to match existing winch plate holes?

so there's pre drilled holes in the bumper below the plate that only line up with the pre drilled holes in the plate so i would have to do some pretty drastic drilling in both the bumper and plate and i'd rather have that be a last resort

If you wanted you could design a dash for my YJ. I'll be building one in the next couple months and need some ideas.

I hadn't thought of this but that's a great idea. id like to flat dash my YJ, similar to a CJ.

I'll add this to the list! Started on the 2D conversion. And the lift shackle design should be easy to bang out. Just haven't done it yet. I'll go measure my buddy's yj and get dash dimensions.

That's what I'm going to do. I've got 8 4'x4'aluminum sheets I need to use or get rid of. So if want any for your dash let me know.

If I remember correctly I think the YJ dash is 56" or so wide. I can get measurements later today if you want. I've got mine out of my jeep.
