I expected and have been calling it for 4 weeks that it would be a VERY close game but that the utes would win.. And I was right. But I didn't expect the utes to just stand there for 3 quarters lol... You guys got some lucky breaks including the botched call.. It should have been WAY one sided in the other way all game. As in the utes should have scored 1-2 TD every quarter. U'll probably drop out of the top 25 for sure.
That being said, what a spectacular block! Props to that kid.

I am a big Utes fan, so a win is always a great thing. That was an ugly game though, they have some building to do before next season. It was funny to see how many yards the Utes received on the punt-hit BYU in the legs-recovery play, likely the second longest yardage of the game for Utah. Comparing QB's, I think the Y may be a step ahead of Utah. The early season game next year should be fun to watch.
The best thing about the rivalry games...so many of them come down to the last play of the game.

Definitely... Next year will be interesting.. Early in the season. Most of BYU's players will not be playing in their first season anymore lol and Utah looses a lot of seniors...

Our football seasons are 16th row, 45 yard line on the west. His basketball seasons are on the second row on the corner. My basketball seasons are row 25 behind him and a couple sections over. His name is Ralph Kramer, but everyone just knows him as RWK. He just turned 80, and we have many plans to keep the flags going after he is gone. Family tradition. Ill see if i can find some pix and post them up.
