Check Engine Light code 0456....or please help me from burning my Jeep to the ground
So I have been trying to track down the source of code 0456 on my Jeep since forever to get it through emissions.
Took it to a shop and did a smoke test, replaced the throttle body gasket and both crankcase breather gaskets and angled plastic tubes on top of the valve cover where they found smoke leaking. Replaced the stupid gas cap. Cleared out the check engine light and drove forever
Emissions still says ODB and O2 sensor not ready.
Check engine light came on after about 300 miles.
I'm about ready to take it to the Stealership and get their diagnosis and hopefully see if it is something that I can repair myself. If it is the O2 sensors is this a pretty easy fix? I'm at the end of my rope here and really don't want to have to throw any more money at this than I have to.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas or know of a better alternative than than taking it to the dealer.
Over the mountains and through the woods, across the stream and up the slickrock, down the canyon and over the rocks to nobody's house I go.
