haha no thanks i plan on keeping this one for awhile I might buy a tj or an xj (there's one sitting behind my work ive got my eye on) and build it up once this one is done

Well after my last wheelin trip I broke the outer axle shaft on my D30 after I pulled it out I noticied the Spicer logo. So the PO of the axle lied when he told me that they were chromoly... looks like ill be getting some new shafts

Theres about 1/8" more material on the chromolly ears than the stock shafts. And once I got them out I looked at them and they look to be just stock TJ shafts. So if anyone needs a driver side shaft let me know

Just bought a set of chromoly Alloy USA axles for the 8.8 found them on ksl for $200 and they're brand new!! So now I just need some bearings to put on them. Oh I also ordered a set of these

Does your 8.8 have a C-clip eliminator? If not you won't need bearings for the alloys...they are pressed into the axle tubes...

Thanks!! And I havnt given it a real test yet I've only been up Farmington canyon and bountiful, so nothing to give it a challenge.. But I'm goin to go to 5 mile with the next group and see how she does

well this weekend I painted my rims and flares with Plasti dip.

I havnt put the flares on yet but when I do ill post a picture. I also changed my heater core and while I was reinstalling it i pinched the wiring harness and melted some wires so I pulled it out and replaced all of the melted wires

Well I ended up getting off work early today so I went to The B and ran Old Ward trail

I havnt ran Old Ward since the jeep was stock so I had to recreate a picture...

same rock opposite detection.
