Last time I went in late January she wasn't there and the road was unblocked.

Looking at Google maps there seems to be several ways do bypass her property and pick up Wheller Pass Rd further up. Anyone try any of those alternate routes?

Those roads go through the private community of cold creek. I have a buddy that lives up there and he said that I could go through there, just to check on his house as I go through. Makes it halfway legit...

I went up their over Memorial weekend and the road is open. I spoke with Ranger Rick (literally) and he informed me she was told that the road could not be blocked.

Wheeler Pass is open. You may have some clearance issues because of the long break over. I would attempt it but that is just me.

I made it fine with my f-150 crew but I ride on 35's. I also have the factory skids that hang down but I never scraped. I also have the 5.5 bed.

It is open now. They made her take down the gate, just make sure that you drive slow through the houses to keep the dust down.

Can you tell me where this lady's property is (GPS coords maybe). I am always a slow driver in my jeep, but just want to be aware.

All they want is a little respect for thier property. Dust/noise control it is crazy up there on the weekends. 15 mph or slower until you pass the private property and you are good.
