Yeah we just did the trail from Lovell out to trout canyon like i said. We got out kinda late so we went thru pretty quickly. Mostly a sight-seeing trip.

I think next time we are gonna do Wheeler Pass. Is it a good one?

I get my AtoZ rockers this week and probably my new DPG kit so hopefully i will have those on for my next run.

Wheeler is a good one....day or night. Thinking of running it myself on the 26th with a couple of buddies

start on the Cold Creek side by the prison and come out on the Pahrump side

Where do you enter/Where is cold creek? Sorry still new to the area. I know where the Pahrump road is, but I cant seem to follow it thru on google maps.

We spent the weekend out at the big horn wash area on the AZ side of the river south of the dam. Any of you guys been out there?

Not really sure if there is a road number. It is out by willow beach on the AZ side of the dam. About 12 miles south of the dam there is a turn off for willow beach. Head down there. Just before you get down to the landing there is a road off to the left. Take that left and follow the gravel/blacktop till you get to the high voltage lines. Take a right the road forks off right there, stay right, lot's of good wheeling out there.

The map on nps.gov shows take road 56 to 57A (Big Horn Cove road).
