Any one been out to Lovell Canyon? I'm new to Vegas and just bought my first keep. It's a stock 2000 xj as of now. Just wondering of there are some trails that are fun but able to be taken with my jeep still stock.

There are plenty of trails up near Lovell Canyon that are stock friendly. More than likely you can make it all the way through Wheelers Pass to the Cold Creek side. If anything the trail is smooth all the way to the pass from the Pahrump side.

Thanks! Unfortunately this weekend won't work. I'll have to get our there at some point though

Went out to lovell canyon rd yesterday. Went to the entrance to the ranch. Took the road to the right for trout canyon/lovell summit but they had a barrier up a little way down the road. Was able to get around it but didn't know if I should. Anyone know if that section is closed down?

Yes, when I went up they had sections tore up still and small detours around them. At one point there was a sign that said no through traffic ( about half way) but there was no one around so I kept going.
