Name That Movie!

Here's the quote- "now what he said was chopper, sick him, but what I heard was chopper, sick balls!"
Whoever guesses the correct movie posts a new quote from a different movie, and so on.

Was trying to decide where to put it, and decided southern Nevada would be ok because a lot of us know each other. Plus it keeps it smaller too.
Hint character Gordy said it.
