Mountains South of Mesquite

I am looking to do some wheelin' in the mountains south of Mesquite this weekend. Take a look a this google maps route I drew. Looks like it would be a fun drive. I just based it on visual trails. Does anyone have any experience int his area? Are the roads open? How technical are they. Thanks!

I have never personally been wheel up that way, but I did remember reading about some guys from JK forum heading up that way. He actually made a video too. http://www.jk-forum.com/silver-state...rizona-229425/ From looking at your map and the map they have in that thread it looks like it takes different paths, but that should give a you good idea of the area.
