Have y'all seen this? http://g2rip.com looks like an interesting design. I'm curious if the round truely performs as well as it does in the videos.

There's a thread about it on NV shooters. Kinda gimmicky if you ask me and definitely some feeding issues on some picky firearms.

There is a lot of buzz about that projectile going on in several different gun forums. I would have to see data from a third party testing the bullet before I bought into the concept.
For now I will stick with tried and trued bullets such as the Gold Dots, HST, Ranger, Golden Saber, and other various rounds.

My major concern is over-penetration. When was the last time you needed a round that traveled 16" after impact? Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that means you're gonna be shooting someone after you shot the person you'd intended to. I don't want a bullet that pierces sheetrock and cinder blocks and goes on to kill my loved ones or neighbors.
