Is that 70's carpet underneath it? Rofl how much you pay for it? They're like 6 at basspro. I was looking at picking up a G26, but they're also around 6 now too. I'll pick up another SR 1911 before I pay that much for a Glock.

I paid 1 cent for it

That picture is a pic the guy sent me yesterday.

Remember how one of the guns I traded for turned out to be stolen 12 years ago??

Yeah I finally got a hold of the guy a few days ago (after 1.5 years of trying) and he gave me this gun in return. So since I already marked the gun as "gone" this gun is essentially a free one

I've wanted a 92fs since the first time I saw lethal weapon. It will probably be the next gun I buy.

So I finally shot the sr1911. And it was F ing awesome! I am super impressed with it. Great trigger, sight picture is extraordinary, and fed 3 brands of self defense ammo flawlessly. I put 250 rounds through it and not a single problem. It's my new favorite!

Good to hear. That's a purty piece! How come shooting SD rounds instead of FMJ?

I only test fired a mag of each SD round. Just to see what worked with the gun. The rest was all winchester FMJ.

Okay, that makes more sense. I always wondered why folks used SD rounds for stuff other than SD. They are expensive!

Have to make sure that the gun is going to cycle with whatever ammo you plan to use. I do the same.

I do the same thing myself actually. I will fire anywhere between 5-10 rounds of each SD ammo I ever buy to test.

And with me my SD ammo HAS to be "pretty" looking I will never carry "ugly" ammo in my gun.
