I just found this thread while searching Google for a Vegas gun store. Now I'm gonna have to read the whole thing to see what everybody has been discussing.
Obviously I'm not very active on this forum but I do have a bit of knowledge on the firearms community here in Las Vegas. Maybe I can pay back some of the help I've gotten from this forum while working on my Jeep.
I carry every day. I am not worried about something happening, I just want to be prepared if something does happen. What makes me laugh are the people who say they would do this or that in a certain situation. You honestly can't make that determination until you are in it. In most cases, even packing, I am going to go the other direction. I understand that there is no such thing as a winner in a gun fight. I understand that even after you have pulled and fired, your nightmare is not over. In fact it has just begun. I also understand that you can do everything 100% perfectly and still get hit. The only way to truly win a gun fight is to not be there when it happens.
However, I also understand that there are people in this world who are hell bent on crime and sometimes we won't get the opportunity to go the other direction. So, I do what I can. I carry a gun, I train, and I research. I adapt my life and my shooting style based upon that.
shame they arent firing real bullets so there is no recoil and also that in the sport of fast draw you do **** that you would have shot yourself in the leg like 60000 times. Unfortunately alot of it does not transfer over to real shooting. And hes not actually putting a projectile through the ballon.
Still insane that he can get two shots off that fast.
