No, I'm just laughing at the fact that a pair of axles is $300 and that's too much. Are you building a yugo? I can barely get an axle shaft for ANY AXLE ANYWHERE for less then $100 let alone 3 axle shafts, 2 housings, 4 brakes, 2 complete functioning center sections all in usable condition to go with it for $300.

I'm obviously in the wrong hobbies!!! Hell, an axle for my Mazda 3 is more then $300 and that's just one side...

BTW, I already got bored with my expo so I started messing with it...

j/k!!!

Just sold an empty A-body 8 3/4 housing and a B-body open 355 8 3/4 rear for 300! Two complete axle assemblies for 300 is good, especially I they are bolt up and go. Dana 44 rear or front for tj is more that 300 for one!

The difference between stupidity and ignorance. Ignorance is doing something wrong and not knowing better. Stupidity is knowing better, but doing it anyway. Don't be stupid!

Yeah I mean up in WA I could get whole axles (D30,D35) for 50$ each all day long and for a 44 your looking at 100-200$ but here people want a lot for their "gold".

BTW, ZJ... I'm not sure what the technical term is for that part on that shaft is but I know what you're talking about. From what you typed though, it sounds like Adams is the way to go. James over there won't do you wrong! Plus if that little Dodge D50 they had in there yesterday is still there it's worth the drive just to check that thing out! Not often you see a turbo'd v8 mini truck with the power in the bed!!!

Yeah I have heard quite a few 'wait....300 for both axles and everything?' Comments.

Its not a Yugo but its essentially farm equipment. Haha

I wish axles were $300 just my rear shafts were that.

Price this puppy...and its ONLY the 3rd member for my front axle http://truehi9.com/Prices.html

Just for S&G mine has 35spline ARB, solid spacer, and shipping is $110 anywhere....do the math.
