And what people don't realize is that he could have killed everyone in the building even easier by mixing ammonia and black in the hvac ducts and locked all the exits! Then would they be trying to create laws that restrict who can buy household chemicals? It's senseless for people to blame the weapons. A firearm is a tool that only becomes a weapon when used to hurt and kill innocent people. All you military guys will jump on me for that, but think about it. Your rifle was/is a tool used to preserve your life and freedom, just as an f-22 is a tool! My two cents.

Actually, most would probably agree with you. The only reason I use the term weapon is because it has been ingrained in me for so long. I try to use the terms hand gun, sidearm, rifle. The guy in Colorado had somewhere around 30 improvised explosive devices in his apartment. The only reason he chose firearms is because he was afraid of death. If he wasn't afraid of death, he would have gone about this using explosives. Further proof of that is the fact that he was wearing body armor. I figure he was trying to make a point about something and I think it will probably come out during his trial.

I was listening to the radio and I guess he was acting as if he was "the joker" from the movie. Apparently he had left messages with people acting like the character and that is also why his hair was dyed. But who knows.
I think he is a wacko and deserves death.

Step one: tear out all of the drywall.
Step two: install steel plates along all interior wall surfaces.
Step three: cover steel plates with drywall.

They'll punch those walls once.

How does an unemployed medical school student afford all those firearms, explosives, body armor and ammo? There's a lot of money there! Why are they saying he had 6000 rds of ammo on him. He wouldn't be able to walk carrying two rifles, two pistols, has canisters, the ammo, and all the body armor! Something doesn't jive. Why would such a brain like him, studying neuroscience in med school, suddenly stop, and focus so much time and attention to an attack like that? Either he seriously snapped like a pencil, or something isn't being shared!

Most of the management companies will do full background check, collect rent, and follow up on your property. While my wife is in Korea I plan on building up a separate account just to handle the house. We will try to keep some extra money in there to cover the mortgage if we do not have renters, keep the security deposits, and keep funds for repairs. Hopefully with a separate account we will not run into any issues and I will be able to tell when it is safe to pull my cut out.
How big is your house?

How does a phd student afford to build his jeep?

Answer: grants, assistantships, and funding for research and living expenses. In this case he had a 26k grant (according to news reports).

When they say unemployed and student that can be confusing to many. We work but how we are paid is unconventional to many. You would have to change your panties if you knew how much i made to go to grad school including all the benefits! Haha

It was pre-meditated. He basically stashed the stuff outside the emergency exit and brought it in through the back door. He wasn't walking around with it all. Being that most theaters don't have alarms on the doors because of all the people that go out after movies and false alarms it probably wasn't all that difficult to make it happen.

Well that still begs the question, why all of a sudden did he u-turn and spend so much time an money on such an attack?
Are you saying that you are going to snap and plow through a herd of wild horses in your jeep? If you do, I will start lobbying for an assault jeepers ban!
Which is another thing, the media calls it an assault weapon! What exactly is an assault weapon? I know what an assault RIFLE is, but not an assault weapon. I figured just about anything could be an assault weapon. My spyderco knife could be an assault weapon! The media breeds fear by using that term to describe a semi auto rifle, which most people automatically assume its an assault rifle, which is select fire(full-auto)

I was only answering your previous pay question. I only plan on spending my income on food and my Jeep!

Plus a herd of wild horses would hurt my jeep and I would've built it far more differently if that was my intent.
