My dad was deer hunting and thought he locked his keys in the truck in-bed tool box (71 Chevy) so he used a pry bar and bent the box all to hell finally breaking it off the hinges. He found the keys in his jacket pocket.

How many different front DS lengths are there for jeeps??

I got a LP30 and a FDS and the FDS didn't fit as it was too long, so I went to pic-a-part to get one and a FDS from u joint - u-joint was still too long and that FDS was fully collapsed.

And I want to say that you don't want your FDS being fully collapsed.

A lot. I would measure for the size you need then either spend a bunch of time at the JY or order a custom shaft. I believe you said your do was lifted but you didn't know what it was. That may be why a stock length won't fit.

Skirmish from Warmachines702 is leading.. When I asked him the same question he said this:

Echo connects the Inyo Mine on the East side of Death Valley to the Armagosa Valley. The mine site is pretty cool, still has some old structure and shacks. The entrance is off 190 between Zabriskie Point and Furnace Creek. The pass isn't too difficult from video I've seen. Basic rock wash, probably a 2.5, waterfall stuff but I think stock would make it. I think there is another mine up near the pass but I haven't been up there. From Armagosa it's not far to Parumph so Potato or Wheeler are kind of on the way back.
