In college we would have roommate counseling sessions while playing Goldeneye in four player mode. Nothing for easing tensions like shooting each other.

It seems like I'm not alowed to use my Jeep the way I want to. Every time I try to hit a trail, an issue pops up. Yes I know my Jeep is 30 years old and things happen, but gimmie a freakin' break! I fix one problem a different one comes up, or a similar one comes up. Looks like I have to reroute my gas line to the carb under the hood, and install an electric fuel pump to solve my vapor lock issue that came up today. Just Empty Every Pocket I'm going to have to do.

Hate to tell you, but none of us are surprised. Your Jeep needs a major investment of time and money to get it where you want it. Every time you take it out you continue to tear down what you have without doing what is necessary to move forward to make it a reliable offroad vehicle. Marn's Waggy was in much better shape when he got it than yours and he has invested thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours to make it what it is and yet still has occasional issues...understandable considering it's almost 40 years old.

I'll tell you right now...your Jeep has no business being on the road, much less being offroad. There have been a number of us that have helped you at one time or another and we are generous with our time, but nothing pisses us off more than to donate our time so you can turn around and try to sell your heap for hundreds more than you paid for it. Bottom line is shoot or get off the pot. By that I mean spend the time and money to fix it or get rid of it and quit complaining.

I stopped to let my brakes cool for a good 10 min or so and power wanted to head further down the trail to get reception to call his wife (newborn and all). He said he'd wait for us once he got reception but we never saw him.

We waited at the trail head then waited at the highway. I had to get the girls home and left after a bit, but I believe they heard from him that he was a bit most but on his way down a few minutes before I left.

Adam then passed me on the highway in Vegas so I cannot imagine they all waited much longer.

No, somebody left the group and took a wrong turn somewhere and we had no radio contact or cell service for a bit.
