no easy way for exemption on normal vehicles.

if its old and you show that you've spend something like 400 in repairs (not counting the repair/replacement of a cat, smog pump, or any of the standard smog equipment, which all has to be present and in working order) you can get an exemption.

only instant exemption is for pre 1967 vehicles.

Also, vehicles with classic plates are exempt, but they need to pass it the first time they get the plates.

I've got a drb3, which can test and/or display all sensor info in real time. It also reads codes and clears them.

The difference between stupidity and ignorance. Ignorance is doing something wrong and not knowing better. Stupidity is knowing better, but doing it anyway. Don't be stupid!

You men that weld or have any pressurized tanks. Where do you get them hydrostatic tested locally? A few friends are flying in over the weekend and we plan on exploring mines. One of the mines is an underwater salt mine in Lake Mead. Problem is, he lives too far from a place that can test tanks, so we'll just do that here if the tanks are beat up. They're probably fine. I've had accidents with old steel, but never with aluminum.

With welding gas you just swap they usually don't refill yours. I bought a brand new tank all pretty and went to "fill" it they came out with a old beat to ***** tank. Lol there are a couple small diving shops in lake mead before Hollywood that can do it or at least when I looked five years ago they could. Good luck and be careful.

Nice to see you Matt, welcome to the Valley. What kind of wheeling are you into?

Welcome!

There are normally a few people down to go wheelin' on any given weekend.

Unfortunately, I'll keep keeping the waggy on pavement this weekend, too many concerts and BBQ's to go to!
