I enjoy working there. Since things with the wife are improving, that makes it a bit bit better. Plumbing can be hard work, but it pays well and the added benefit of tips help.

Plus you get to take the van home at night. You save gas that way, hell that adds up too.

Reserve not met at $7600. I know it's rare but it's still not a super desirable jeep. Still super cool though.

So yesterday I was looking up the syntax to a unix FIND command yesterday because I had to do some crazy search. Needless to say, I left the page open, which had an advertisement for amazon.com on it. Then comes in my 3 year old son wanting to watch netflix. Clicks on the link and since my wife had been on amazon the night before setting up her kindlefire account, my son is able to use their "one click ordering" to order me a book with 2 day shipping. I am so glad that it was only a book and only $24 but still WTF, why couldn't it have been a winch or something that I actually need?

I find this out because my wife finally checks her email and says, hey that book you ordered will be here tomorrow, completely clueless on why I would be using her info to order anything.

Speaking of my oblivious wife, I went to the base hospital today with my daughter and the first thing I noticed is that they painted the whole inside of the hospital a light blue (it was a burnt orange color before). I joke with the receptionist and say "wow this is blue" and she responds that looking at it all day makes her want to puke and she wants to know who was smoking what when they picked the color. Then walks in my wife and I ask her when they painted the hospital... and her response "They painted the hospital?"

Good to hear you two are working things out. I always hate to hear about people splitting. It seems so weird to me that other couple actually have problems.

Weird because problems are solve by Ysb with a 9mm and shovel or open mine shaft! No more problems.

The difference between stupidity and ignorance. Ignorance is doing something wrong and not knowing better. Stupidity is knowing better, but doing it anyway. Don't be stupid!
